Document Scanning Services Offer Alternative to Paper Record Storage
Crossroads Industrial Services’ Document Scanning division can convert all types of documents into digital format providing customers with an affordable, easy-to-access and secure archiving alternative to paper record storage. Meet Mary Jo Gremling, Manager of Crossroads Document Scanning Services
Mary Jo might be the new kid on our block, but she brings more than 30 years of professional business experience. She spent the last 10 years as owner of her own document scanning business, eLucida Imaging, which she sold to Crossroads Industrial Services one year ago.
Mary Jo brings a wide array of experience to Crossroads. She graduated from Mercy Hospital School of Nursing in Toledo, OH as a Registered Nurse, honing her skills in the ICU, coronary care, rehabilitation, home health and parish nurse ministry areas. She also helped to start a crisis pregnancy center in Jonesboro, Arkansas and served as Executive Director for a year. Because of the high number of clients seen at that facility, Mary Jo was invited to speak at a national conference in Hawaii and went on to help start other similar centers. (more…)

The Right Fit
“To meet their customers’ demands, Gimme Charge needed a manufacturer that could efficiently handle a more complex assembly process,” said Crossroads Business Development Manager Bill Love. “They saw that we have the expertise, space and manpower to be able to handle their requirements and were confident in what we could do for them.” (more…)

When product demand can change in an instant, flexibility in staffing is a must. The roller coaster of hiring, training and firing each time your production needs change is an inefficient way to try to keep up with product sales.
Time to Outsource Your Labor Force?
A viable solution to the staffing challenge is to outsource production to a contract manufacturer who can provide you with scalable solutions, such as flexibility in staffing. Consider the following benefits of opting to outsource: (more…)
